Domata Living Flour provides Gluten Free Pizza
Today we still have many independent pizza shop owners making their own pizza crust with Domata All-Purpose Flour, using their own family recipes. We were concerned about potential cross-contamination with our Domata Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour. Because of this we introduced our Gluten Free Pizza crust mix, two cups flour and one cup water; this was a great improvement toward controlling cross-contamination, many use this product today. The large pizza chains were still concerned about cross-contamination and liabilities with the Gluten Free Pizza crust mix.
Gluten Free Pizza Crust
We then worked with several of America’s major pizza shell manufacturers to create Gluten Free Pizza Shells. This is a very successful approach having a safe Gluten Free Pizza but still left many chains still concerned with cross-contamination possibilities and potential liabilities.

Today we have done all we believe is possible to produce the Ultimate Gluten Free Pizza for you. We believe that we have taken away all of the possibilities for cross-contamination, short of blatant miss-handling of the product.
